Founded in 2001, Concor, an innovative homebuilder, specializes in pairing quality and affordability to offer our customers the best value in the market.

Concor is a leading custom home builder with over 32 years of experience, specializing in the dynamic Florida market. Under the leadership of Steve Kaplan, we've established a strong presence in Southeast Florida. Our portfolio spans commercial buildings, multifamily residences, condominiums, and single-family homes, with a recent focus on single-family residences. We've completed approximately 2,500 multifamily units and developed multi-story condominiums in Brevard County, along with creating 1,200 single-family homes across the Southeast. Currently, we're proud to have delivered over 50 new single-family homes in Palm Bay, Florida since 2015, showcasing our dedication to enhancing local communities.

Founded in 2001 by Steve, Concor bears the names of his two sons, Connor and Cory, who were just toddlers at the time. Little did Steve know, both boys would later join him in the family business—Connor in January 2024, swiftly followed by Cory. Today, the Kaplan Boys—Steve, Connor, and Cory—infuse Concor with their collective passion for construction excellence. Their shared determination and collaborative spirit form the backbone of Concor's innovative approach, ensuring each project shines with quality and craftsmanship.
